About our Client
Our client is a global holding company engages in the operation and management of restaurant business. With an annual revenue of more than US$13 million, the group is expanding its Greater China headquarter based in Hong Kong and searching for a Head of Quality Assurance to develop its Group QA function in the region.
About the Role
Report to CEO based in Hong Kong, you will lead the development of proper QA system and process within all business Units in Greater China region. You will be the pioneer to standardize, integrate, simplify and align Group QA policy; procedures and guidelines to ensure the continuous compliance of safety; legality and quality. You will also develop and perform ongoing internal evaluation to ascertain the effective running of internal QA system and the overall level of Compliance. On a regional scale, you will also plan and roll out people development/training program so to build up the right skills and competency of local QA/Food Safety team-mates work across countries.
Requirements
- A recognized degree, preferably in Food Science or Food Technology, or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing management, of which at least 5 years should be at managerial/senior quality assurance level
- Certificates in HACCP / ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 lead auditor training
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in HACCP, ISO 9001, FSMS, FSSC 22000
- Excellent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin), both spoken and written
