About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's premier suppliers specializing in tailor-made, premium guest, and in-flight amenities, and collaborating with over 150 brand partners. Due to business expansion plan in the region, they are looking for a Quality Manager in Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead a team of QC in Chine and other locations around the world, remotely for the time being, setting up the inspection procedures and related documents
- Handle all quality assurance activities and manage schedule by optimizing the resources and suppliers' locations with teams
- Conduct QC reporting and risk mitigation management with providing continuous improvement plans to suppliers
- Implement quality training programs to develop quality procedures, standards, and specifications to ensure the customer requirements are met
- Monitor and liaise with suppliers for all quality issues and align on improvement processes
- Liaise and communicate with all inspectors to drive the projects and reports
- Review quality requirement of projects with internal teams to determine key inspection points, and customize quality control templates
- Investigate and address client complaints issue
- Book third party inspections and follow up with audit procedures
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related disciplines
- At least 7 years of experience in quality management
- Proven track record to analyses problems, detect root causes and resolve issues
- Fluent communication in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or any supply chain related system is preferable
- Immediate availability is preferred
