Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests at reception area
- Handle incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Support office admin tasks, e.g. water and stationery ordering
- Coordinate with tea lady for daily office operation
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in receptionist
- Good command in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, energetic and presentable
- Attention to detail, organised and with a positive attitude
