About the Role
Duties:
- Perform duties like guest greeting, mailing and courier services
- Handle rooms and facilities bookings, borrowing and registration in professional way
- Keep inventory of general office and pantry supplies and arrange refill
- Manage the inbound and outbound calls
- Support the administration team on tasks to ensure smooth daily operation of the services
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:45am - 6:45pm, 6.5 hours on Sat and Public Holidays between 8:45am - 3:45pm
Total package: $16,000 - $21,000
About the Person
- Diploma holder or above
- Good Cantonese, Mandarin, English
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in PC knowledge
- Polite, cheerful, proactive and independent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in customer service / receptionist
** Relevant working experience in sizeable company is preferred!
** Candidate who has minimum 2 years 'experience in supervisory will be consider as Senior Receptionist
