Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant (Commercial)

About the Role

We are looking for a competent Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant to assist our clients in locating the right talents for their business. It is a 360 role where you will learn to be a true business partner to your candidate and client - providing appropriate candidates and market knowledge to your clients. You will communicate with your candidates to have a better understanding of their motivation in their career and how we can assist.

Requirements

To qualify, successful individual must possess:

• Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
• 1-2 years recruitment / sales management experience
• Background from fast paced industry / solution selling is preferred
• Sound commercial acumen, driven, resililent and ready for changes
• Outstanding communication skills in Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
