About the Company
Our client is a UK listed company providing technical service for infrastructure construction. Due to rapid business expansion, they are seeking for a passionate individual to join the team as Recruitment Coordinator.
About the Role
- Directly report to the HR Business Partner
- Post job ad, source and shortlist candidates and arrange interview
- Handle recruitment administrative duties
- Assist on HR projects like job fairs and career talk
- Prepare weekly recruitment report for management review
- Support any ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirements
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Certificate or above
- Minimum 2 -3 years solid recruitment experience
- A good team player, passionate and willing to take challenge
- Proficient skills on Microsoft Office and Chinese word
- Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential
- Working experience in property and construction industry will be an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
