Our client is a well-resourced and fast-growing bank with strong presence across retail and commercial banking; they are currently looking for a Recruitment specialist to take charge of the talent acquisition function within the HR team.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will work within a lean team and be the "go-to" person for all recruitment matters, as the sole recruitment person. You will provide end-to-end recruitment services to business units, and be involved in manpower planning, budgeting, candidate sourcing, interviewing and on-off boarding. You will also be involved in recruitment campaigns and manage graduate trainee programmes; whilst formulate and review existing HR policies to ensure it is in compliance to regulatory requirement. Ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR Management or related discipline, with at least 6+ year's experience in financial services sector and within a recruitment focus position. Candidates with experience working for a sizeable firm with track record handling mass recruitment volume highly regarded.
