Our client is a large global media company with over 10,000 talents around the world. As part of the business expansion, they are currently seeking for a high calibre professional to join the team.
About The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of global initiatives in the region which are aligned with the organisation's strategy, initiatives and culture. You are responsible for talent acquisition and talent development. You have to identify the staff needs and gaps, in order to drive staff engagement by incorporating suitable programs. You will design and organize training programmes as well as implement training for both trainers and other talents. You also need to roll out the programmes to the other hubs around the world. Last but not least, you will assist in regional succession planning as well as maintain the relationships with external training vendors.
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in HR, Talent Development or Training. Having experience in Organisational Development or setting up Talent Management Framework is highly preferred. You should be able to maintain a good relationship with external vendors as well. You should be decisive, creative and having good communication. Being able to work under ambiguity and multitasking will be a plus. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
