About our Client:
Our client is one of the world leading company in luxury fashion. Aiming to leverage on new technologies and provide quality service for their customers, they are seeking for a Regional Assistant IT Application Manager to lead the IT application system projects under their regional IT team.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, you will lead and support all IT application system projects through managing the POS (Point of Sale) data analysis, reporting, system flow and inventory. You will proactively review business processes and provide professional advice on enhancements through application of IT systems. You will also provide support to the POS applications, in-store and back office business application systems, as well as level 2 support to the country team on best practice and application training. You will be the key person to communicate and cooperate with all stakeholders to achieve project goals and business objectives. You will execute ad-hoc projects at operation level (i.e. retail) and provide on-call support during store operating hours on system rollouts.
Requirements:
Degree educated in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines, you will have at least 6 years of experience in system analyst and application projects. Experience in end-user facing and customer service in multinational corporations is required. You will be proficient in using SQL to extract and analyze data from the database, have strong business sense, be able to analyze business process and devise improvement plan. Experience in Retail POS system, knowledge in CEGID and exposure to regional environment would be highly advantageous. You will have strong communication skill, presentable, organized and be able to manage multiple projects and prioritized deliveries. You should be able to leverage multichannel and media and be fond of working in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese will be required. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
