About the Company
Our client is a leading cosmetics and skincare group with strong presence around the Globe. To cope with the expanding business and enhance efficiency, the group has launched an e-learning portal for the staff to have easier access for learning. Therefore, they are looking for a Regional Assistant Training Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Retail Operations Director, you will manage Retail Operations Digital Training from end to end. You are responsible for the retail operations related digital content creations to support regional markets' needs. You will manage project plans and external digital content creation vendors and work closely with Regional Training partners.
You are the regional admin for the APAC retail training portal. You will develop e-learning training and host training sessions for new users and new market launches. You have to manage translation timeline with local markets when required.
You are expected to be the keyperson of project management and communications for all markets, partners and vendors on the Regional Retail Digital Training Projects. You will also assist in ad hoc projects when required.
About the Candidate
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of retail training experience
- E-learning experience is highly preferred
- Self-motivated, independent and with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
