Our client is an international fashion brand with a diverse range of product lines offering to different customer segments. To cope with the expanding business and with the aim to create exceptional customer experience, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the Asia Pacific CRM team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional CRM Director in Hong Kong, you will analyze and provide insights on CRM programs across Asia Pacific and manage the database, business intelligence and data analysis. You will support the CRM team to extract, analyze and translate data into insights for strategic planning and execution. You will involve in design and development of customer view analytical solutions. You are expected to work closely with IT and vendor on database migration and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the system.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 4 years of CRM / customer insight analytics experience in retail / luxury retail industry
- Solid experience in database marketing and reporting
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in SQL, Google Analytics, MS Excel
- Experience in Salesforce and Tableau is highly preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Chinese
