Job Description
Our client is looking for a high calibre for for CRM data analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and make recommendation any plans regarding to CRM and digital
- Identify opportunities by customers retention and recruitment
- Provide backend support for CRM digital tools such as client contact message, E-card
- Perform regular data cleaning and maintenance of customer data
- Work with IT on system enhancement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business related disciplines
- At least 3 years experience in CRM data analysis, data extraction, customer segmentation
- Knowledge in CRM systems, analytical tools and data visualization will be a plus e.g.Tableau, SQL and Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin
