Job Description
Our client is one of the market leaders in their product categories in China and they are looking for a General Manager to join their management team in Hong Kong.
Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for heading the retail and wholesale business in HK, Taiwan and Macau. Overseeing the multiple lifestyle brands, you will own the PNL, manage the operation and sales performance of the stores, lead the relationship with the partners to grow the wholesale business, guide the teams in marketing and product assortment planning for the responsible markets. As the General Manger, you are expected to have a good network to identify the opportunity for store development, lease negotiation and long-term partnership development.
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, business and other related disciplines
- 15+ years retail management experience from sports/fashion/lifestyle
- Regional experience is preferred, China market is the key
- Track record in PNL, product management and lease negotiation
- All rounded, hands on, down to earth and strong leadership skill
- Excellent stakeholder management skill
- Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
