About Our Client
Our client is a lifestyle retailer with an MNC startup culture. They are currently looking for a dedicated and committed Regional HR Manager based in Hong Kong - you will support with end-to-end employee lifecycle as an individual contributor, and would expect to work closely with the senior management team on HR strategies including benefits review, bonus structure, performance management, policy alignment, and staff engagement etc.

About The Role
This role would assume all-rounded HR Generalist responsibilities, ranging from payroll, on-off boarding, hiring and performance management, alongside playing a pivotal role as a HR strategist and business partner to senior management in order to plan and execute organisational and development initiatives to facilitate company growth. You will help set up a proper HR function and standardise HR practices across Asia. Specifically, you will be responsible for formulating the employee handbook, HR policy, drive employer brand and talent attraction, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, and also identify L&D opportunities for employees.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be a degree holder with minimum 12+ years of HR management experience from retail / luxury / sourcing sector ideally. You will have a thorough understanding and readinesss to take on the HR operational work whilst able to provide top notch business partnering support to key stakeholders in Asia. An energetic, flexible and hands on approach will be necessary, and you will have exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to drive HR initiatives and projects for the company. Candidates with set up, revamp or restructure experience will be highly sought after. Fluency in English and Chinese will be required.
