About the Client
We are representing a multinational engineering consulting company. Due to the market expansion, they are looking for a seasoned HRIS Manager to lead the team and manage APAC initiatives.
About the Role
- Lead the HRIS team, develop, implement and manage the end-to-end HRIS project cycle across APAC countries
- Act as the project manager and responsible for successful implementation, maintenance and optimisation of HRIS system
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, application operational efficiency and security
- Work and communicate closely with the outside vendors on the budget, project time line and deliverable
- Handle data analytic and reporting for management review
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of HRIS experience including implementation and enhancement exposure
- Regional exposure would be a plus
- Strong analytic and stakeholders management skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Access)
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
