About our Client
Our client is a multinational customer centric service provider, headquartered in Europe and regional hub in Hong Kong. Due to the business growth plan, they are looking for a Regional HR advisor to support on recruitment and business partnering across APAC.
About the Role
- Directly report to Managing Director and HR Director
- Manage end to end recruitment processes from discussing requirements with hiring managers and developing commercially focused, brand enhancing assessment and selection processes, job advertisement creation, sourcing, screening, selecting, offer proposal, visa application and onboarding process
- Focus on securing high quality candidates within agreed time-to-fill targets
- Work closely with business leads across APAC and headquarter on identifying hiring needs and manpower plan
- Act as business partner across APAC region, supporting performance management, salary adjustment and handling staff disciplinary cases
- Ensure database is up to date at all times and HR policies & procedures are in compliance
- Assist in any HR related tasks assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With a minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Business Partnering, ideally with regional exposure
- Familiar with employment ordinance in Hong Kong and other Asia regions
- Self-motivated, passionate and with good attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Immediately available is an advantage
