About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading world's luxury retail groups, and they are looking for a Regional Purchasing Manager in their Hong Kong office to oversee the purchase-to-pay process across the APAC region.

Job Duties

  • Oversee and monitor the purchase-to-pay process with different procurement teams across the APAC region
  • Act as an Expert to implement and manage the indirect purchase-to-pay process and align with the group's guidelines
  • Support different regional procurement and purchasing projects
  • Control compliance of indirect purchases with procurement policies setup
  • Design and execute training to internal stakeholders to ensure stakeholders understood and follow the procurement policies
  • Monitor and review the performance and success of the procurement policies and purchases-to-pay process
  • Conduct supplier due to diligence and annual review
  • Control the compliance of vendor creation and maintenance
  • Engage and communication with different stakeholders to promote the purchasing compliance and understanding the situation
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize the activity, ensure satisfaction of internal clients and stakeholders and improve the performance of the department
  • Drive transformation and enhancement on current purchase-to-pay operation model


  • Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management/ Business or related disciplines
  • 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement
  • Experience in purchase-to-pay process and procurement policy setup is preferable
  • Fluent communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
