About Our Client
Our client is a reputable Retail brand who steadily grows in Asia Pacific. Due to business expansion, they are currently looking for a recruitment talent to join their Asia Pacific team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
While reporting to the HR Manager, you will:
- Manage and handle full spectrum of recruitment functions in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia market
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve company target and support the company expansion plan
- Plan, execute and review recruitment procedure & policy
- Work closely with other business units and provide market insights on headcount planning and budgeting
- Lead and work with the team on end-to-end recruitment process
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree holder with 5-7 years' in-house talent acquisition experience, ideally from retail/ FMCG/ cosmetic industry
- Proven track record in recruiting both frontline and corporate functions
- Independent, flexible with good learning agility
- Agile with good stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese
