Our client is an internationally renowned high-end jewelry brand. To cope with the fast expanding business, they are now looking for a high calibre Marketing professional to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Communication Director, you are responsible for CRM and retail marketing in the APAC Region. You will plan and implement CRM and retail marketing events to drive traffic and sales. You will monitor CRM program and communication with retail operation teams for daily implementations at store level. You will manage all retail marketing activities in the region. You will enhance data accuracy and analyze CRM data and provide insights for future strategy development. You will assist in ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 8 years of Retail Marketing and CRM experience in Luxury Retail industry
- Solid experience in data analysis and CRM systems
- Independent, customer-oriented and with strong business acumen
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
