Due to continued global expansion, a need has arisen to recruit a Regional Channel Sales Manager to strengthen their existing operations and drive further business growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, you are require to identify, recruit and partner with new technology channel partners within HK and Greater China. As an individual contributor, you will manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue and co-ordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals. In addition, you will analyze market trends accordingly to develop sales plans and increase brand awareness. Last but not least, you will continue to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with selected distribution partners to maximise company's reach and presence on the market.
- Minimum 11+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline
- Has a track record of success in working as a Channel Manager in a technology company or with enterprise solution
- Has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Is a high level sales negotiator with outstanding relationship building abilities
- Is able to articulate the benefits of the products to channel partners and is fully conversant with professional sales techniques
- Is a highly driven individual, possessing initiative and a willingness 'to go that extra mile', being goal oriented with a sense of urgency
- A strong and assured communicator and presenter, who is able to gain personal credibility with client managers
- Good command in Chinese and English
