Job Description
About the role
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, calculation, and distribution of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employee records
- Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors
- Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, and ensure full adherence to all relevant legislation
- Generate and analyze payroll reports, presenting key findings and recommendations to management
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 4-5 years related working experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
- Well-organized, detail-minded and with good communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
