About The Client
Our client is a US Pharmaceutical company with global presence. Due to recent expansion, they are now seeking for a diligent and seasoned HR & Admin Supervisor to join as part of them.
About the Role
- Provide a full spectrum of HR generalist & administration duties including but not limited to talent acquisition, C&B and other HR & office admin related tasks (90% HR, 10% Office Admin)
- Assist end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews and staff on-boarding
- Ensure HR policies & practices are compliant with statutory requirements
- Supervise a junior staff on general administration duties
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- 8+ years related HR & Admin experience
- Prior HR experience gained from MNCs a MUST, regional exposure is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and result-oriented
- Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
