About The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, this candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination and support to the countries. Leading through influence, developing HR strategies that move the business forward. You will work closely with Business Leaders and local HR leaders to provide business solution support and services focusing on organisational effectiveness, change leadership, coaching and employee relations. You will establish HR objectives to be in line with organisational objectives. Last but not least, you will facilitate effective people strategy development discussions and help leaders in identifying organisational opportunities for talent pipeline.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Human Resources with at least 20 years of related work experience and a track record of managing a sizeable team in the region. You should have a successful track record in driving business and operational efficiency as well as being a good listener and communicator. To add on, strong business acumen is essential to give strategic advice to the business. Strong stakeholder management skills that include the ability to effectively consult, negotiate, resolve conflict and influence change is essential. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
