About The Client
Our client is a market leader that had successfully implemented both B2B and B2C services. In line with overall business strategy, they are seeking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join and lead/ manage the HR Business Partnering team.

About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will support the regional HR operations and oversee a broad range of HR functions including organisational planning, talent acquisition, HR processes and business partnering. You will:

  • Implement and manage HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, induction programme etc
  • Work closely with HR expert functions (Reward, Internal Comms etc) to ensure appropriate deployment of HR processes
  • Maintain and continually improve HR strategy and policy in compliance with business needs for short-term and long-term perspective
  • Ensure organisational design and resource capability are in place
  • Support and offer solutions around talent and succession
  • Coach, develop and lead a small team
  • Lead or participate in local and regional HR projects which support operational excellence programmes
  • Support business growth, build capabilities, enhance company culture and drive employee engagement

Requirements
To qualify, you will be/have:

  • A University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant disciplines
  • 20+ years of HR Business Partnering experience from sizeable corporates; regional experience from matrix and multinational companies highly regarded
  • Mature, proactive, self-motivated with strategic thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and tactful influencing skills building relationship with employees at all levels
  • Able to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Desire to work within a process and quality-oriented operating environment
  • Good team player with strong people management and leadership skills
