About The Role
This is an exciting role, offering a real opportunity to work with senior business leaders as the instrumental Regional Senior HR Partner from day one, giving HR support and coaching to provide best in class HR service, alongside full autonomy to get to the heart of people issues, and working to develop fit for purpose solutions with a continuous improvement mentality. You will assume full-scope of HR generalist responsibilities inclusive of recruitment, manpower planning, performance and rewards, staff engagement and development, and also the key point of contact for any employee relations issues.
The ideal candidate will already be working at a Senior HR Advisor level role for a retailer, demonstrating a track record in operational HR with a demonstrable ability to work as a true business partner able to translate wider HR strategy and policies into executable action plans. Personality and approach will be as important as your experience - this is a demanding and challenging role but if you are looking for somewhere where you can contribute to tangible, sustainable results, then this could be the right place for you. You need to be resilient, driven and have a strong ability to multi-task and focused on continuous improvement and achieving results. Building strong relationships with different levels of staff will be critical to the success of this role. Proficiency English and Chinese essential and immediately available candidates highly regarded.
