Our client is a global luxury retail enterprise and they are looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1-2 technical support and solution across the region (APAC), including ERP, POS system, hardware, software, infrastructure and/or security support
- Assist in global projects management, resources alignment, country roll out support
- Assist on global system integration and troubleshooting
- Work closely with regional internal and external team to support the preparation and completion of project deliverables, and to ensure their resolution is aligned to our support standard
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Experienced in L1-2 IT services management in large scale retail environment
- Profession certificate of MCSE or MCP is a must, holder of CCNA or MCA is preferred
- Experienced in O365, retail ERP, POS solution, e-commerce system is an advantage
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a must.
