Our client is an international beauty skincare label with a strong presence around the globe. To cope with business expansion, they are looking for a Regional VM Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing and the Global Head of Visual Merchandising, you are expected to develop exceptional design for all VM activations including retail campaigns, merchandising initiatives and customer events across Asia Region. To enhance the brand's image with strong visual presentation skills, you will participate in the implementation of visual merchandising initiatives according to the Global VM guideline. You have to coordinate procurement, production and installation of VM props and displays for all stores. You will coach and guide the local VM teams and manage their performance. In this role you will assist with the installation of window display, develop merchandising plan for store openings.
It is important that you develop a VM calendar aligning with the marketing calendar as well as 3-month rolling planners stating the time allocation to each project; and ensure communications with Global and Retail teams to ensure smooth operations. You are also expected to assist in ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in 3D Design related subjects such as Architecture and Interior Design etc.
- At least 6 years of regional visual merchandising experience in Beauty / Retail industry
- Strong experience in 3D design and spatial planning skills
- Proven ability to take ideas from concept to completion
- Creative and attention to details
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Willing to travel
