About the Client
Our client is a sizable organization providing diverse healthcare services in Hong Kong. They tailor-made premium quality, thoughtful home and lifestyle services for the patients . A rare opportunity has arisen, they are now seeking a Registered Nurse to join them.
About the Role
- Manage daily care management of patients
- Provide good and accurate documentation related to medical record, as well as drug and medical equipment stock
- Provide health care education to patients
- Participate and supervise nursing routines and on-going monitoring of the individual care plan for residents
Requirements
- Preferably with Degree in Nursing or Registered Nurse in Nursing Council of Hong Kong with a Practicing Certificate
- Good Communication in Cantonese and English
- Community Nursing Experience is an advantage
- Passionate, willing to learn and with a strong commitment to patient care
