About the Client
Our client is a well-established organization within the FMCG sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Remuneration and Benefits Manager.
About the role
- The ongoing development and implementation of a comprehensive Remuneration and Benefits strategy
- Manage the Total Reward framework including the annual fixed remuneration review program as well as maintaining the internal job grading system
- Oversee all non-monetary benefits offered to team members
- Utilise your experience and knowledge to drive continuous improvement across a number of HRIS initiatives
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team to deliver an efficient and professional experience for internal and external customers
- Manage all incentive programs
- Deliver report generation, data review and analysis of remuneration related information from the system to provide key insights.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations specializing in compensation & benefits including payroll processing
- Hands on experience in handling annual C&B exercises
- Numerically sensitive and familiar in usage of HR systems
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
