About the Client

Our client is a well-established organization within the FMCG sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Remuneration and Benefits Manager.

About the role

  • The ongoing development and implementation of a comprehensive Remuneration and Benefits strategy
  • Manage the Total Reward framework including the annual fixed remuneration review program as well as maintaining the internal job grading system
  • Oversee all non-monetary benefits offered to team members
  • Utilise your experience and knowledge to drive continuous improvement across a number of HRIS initiatives
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team to deliver an efficient and professional experience for internal and external customers
  • Manage all incentive programs
  • Deliver report generation, data review and analysis of remuneration related information from the system to provide key insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations specializing in compensation & benefits including payroll processing
  • Hands on experience in handling annual C&B exercises
  • Numerically sensitive and familiar in usage of HR systems
  • Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
