Our client is a global market research and data analytic firm with strong presence in APAC. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Research Manager to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to Head of Department, you will be responsible for designing, developing and executing surveys and questionnaires. You will act as the account manager and handle multiple tasks at a time, interpret data and make recommendations based upon research findings. You will also work closely with business development team as the research expert to help understand the needs of the client and advise the best research solution.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Communication
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market research agencies
- Experience in multiple research projects, survey design and analysis
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and business acumen
- Hardworking, smart, result driven and work well under pressure
