About the Client
Our client is a prestigious hospitality and entertainment group with multi-renowned brands under their portfolio. A rare opportunity has arisen, and they are looking for a General Manager to manage one of their luxury restaurant and lounge in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group General Manager and leading a team of frontline staff, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and entertainment venue for the lounge. You will implement and launch partnership, seasonal and special promotions to increase food and beverage sales. Provide regular training to the team and constantly uplifting the customer experience at the venue. You will also be responsible in maintaining the upkeep of the venue. Lastly, you implement strategic business plan and manage annual event calendar for the venue to maximize profitability.
Requirements
- Over 6 years' upscale Western restaurant management experience in Hong Kong or overseas countries
- Guest service oriented, strong leadership and team building abilities
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and willing to take on challenges
- Good command of written and verbal communications skill in English
