About the Client
Our client is a Prestigious Clubhouse with a newly expanded Japanese omakase restaurant opened within the heart of the property. They are now looking for a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality to join their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager and leading the restaurant team, you will be responsible for managing the front of house day-to-day operations of the restaurant including roster, training, you will also work closely with the Japanese chefs on daily administrations, focusing on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in managerial position of Japanese omakase restaurants;
- Strong leadership and customer-oriented, good people management and problem-solving skills;
- Familiar and knowledgeable in Japanese cuisine and ingredients;
- Excellent command of spoken Japanese, Cantonese, other languages are beneficial;
- Have full shots of COVID Vaccine.
