About our Client
Our client is a globally renowned luxury beauty retailer with an extensive business operations in the region. They are looking for a Retail Administrator to overlook the daily sales & administrative operations of Hong Kong & Macau markets.
About the Role
· Report to the Sales Director and perform daily administrative duties such as sales reports, KPI reports, sales order, roster arrangements, stock taking and inventory control
· Manage the daily stock in/out operation
· Maintain the stock inventory record and provide all the relevant inventory report and sales report
· Assist in-store related administrative tasks
. Handle ad hoc retail operational job duties
Requirements
· Degree holder in retail or related disciplines
· Minimum 3 years of retail related relevant working experience. Experience in the beauty retail industry is preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Chinese input skills is required
· Well-organized, detail-minded and good communication skills
· Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
