About our Client
Our client is a sizeable operator in the HK Tourism & Recreation industries. The brand provides an energetic as well as upbeat environment, and is currently in search for an aspiring Retail Director to further uplift it's existing operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Department, you will lead the Retail team to drive the overall business growth and achieve KPI of various retail business units such as Souvenir stores, Games booths and Photo kiosks. You will apply a consumer centric mindset to develop and execute a CRM programmes as well as explore other contemporary and innovative retail options.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above with 15+ years of retail / tourism sales experience in HK market
- Able to multi-task and cope with the company's expansion plans
- Experienced in successfully operating an omni-channel business - Proactive and strategic thinker with strong communication and analytical skills
- Sensitive to local market trends / environment and numerically sensitive
- Solid understanding towards modern retail strategies, brand promotion and CRM
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in tourism retail is highly preferred - Must be fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
