Our client is a leading retailer in Hong Kong. They are now inviting a seasoned HR Manager with experience working in fast-paced / retail environment, and will take lead of a sizeable team focusing on mass recruitment and employee relations.
About The Role
Reporting into the Executive Director, you will lead a team and be responsible for forecasting, attracting and hiring frontline staff. You will design and post job ads to attract qualified candidates, involve in regular reporting on employee turnover rates (monthly, quarterly and annually), plan attractive compensation and benefits package to increase retention, and use social networks to showcase the company culture and build a strong employer brand. You will also take care of the employee relations function, driving different kinds of staff activities and team building programmes, whilst assist the business on change management and culture transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources, Social Work, Psychnology or a similar field, with 12+ years of relevant HR experience acquired from retail industry. You will come with hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for a mass population, with a good understanding of labor legislation including regulations. A personable and people-oriented approach, alongside strong stakeholders management skills will help excel in this role.
