About the Client
Our client is a well-developed and sizable corporation within the retail sector. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Retail Learning & Development Manager.
About the role
- Report to Head of HR and supervise a small training team to handle full spectrum of talent development program
- Work with Store Operation Head to identify training needs aligned with company objectives
- Design and Implement in-store and classroom training programs focused on product knowledge, coaching, selling, and customer service skills
- Develop and manage annual training plan and budget, monitoring expenses throughout budget reviews
- Maintain close communication with Group level to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Conduct regular store visits and audits, providing personalized field training
- Produce regular training reports, checklists, and calendars for management and ensure effective communication of all information with internal parties
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years L&D experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Solid understanding and be passionate about staff learning and development
- Have an eye for learning across different formats, channels, technologies and be in touch with the latest learning insights and thinking
- Independent with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
