About the Client
Our client is a multinational conglomerate with a well-established skincare product business. To cope with their expanding business in the APAC region, they are now seeking a high calibre Retail Manager to oversee their business in the Hong Kong and Macau businesses.
About the Role
- Oversees the sales, operations and people management for the assigned POS
- Lead and motivate all frontline staff and ensure company guidelines are strictly followed
- Propose and review BA incentive plan to maximize the motivation for the BA
- Keep track of the performance of new products and work closely with Marketing team for promotional plans
- Conduct strategic sales planning and implement trade marketing plan
Requirement
- Degree holder in marketing or business administration or any relevant disciplines
- At least 6 years of working experience within the field of cosmetic or luxury products with more than 3 years of sales management experience
- Prior department store and retailing experience is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and ability to develop a strong team with drive towards achievementof target
- Good verbal and written English and Mandarin
