About the Company
Our client is one of the biggest lifestyle product retailer in Hong Kong and China. To cope with business expansion, they are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to General Manager, you will strategize and implement retail marketing strategy in line with company goals to deliver traffic and KPIs. You are the keyperson responsible for all media planning including print, digital, PR and social media. You are expected to ensure product launch and seasonal campaign are well-planned and executed. You have to identify and work with partners on joint promotion opportunities as well as managing digital / social media platform to enhance brand awareness. As the project lead, you need to deliver CRM and customer engagement with exceptional consumer experience and create brand loyalty. You are also expected to assist in ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 5 years of retail marketing experience in lifestyle / kids product industry
- Solid experience in CRM, customer activation and retention
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
