About the Company
Our client is an internationally recognised sports label focus on premium sportswear and accessories sector. To cope with business expansion management is looking for an energetic Retail Operations Manager to direct the daily retail sales & operation functions of Hong Kong and Macau.
About the Role
Reporting to the Retail Operations Director, this additional new headcount will work as a peer with another Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily sales & operations of 30+ direct operated stores across Hong Kong and Macau.
Our client will be expecting the Retail Operations Manager to further strengthen the brand sales performance through analysing sales data and actively working with frontline sales team. You will be focus in leading the frontline sales team by example and ensuring the frontline members are delivering excellent service standards.
Requirements
- Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any multinational retail label (Management Trainee background will be highly preferred)
- Minimal of 6 years of retail working experience with at least 2 years at a managerial level
- Experience in multi-store management and ability to lead a large team is a must
- Strong service mindset and ability to represent the brand as an Ambassador
- Active and energetic character, passionate towards sports
- Strong commercial sense and understanding towards domestic sports retail markets
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with frontline sales team is a must
- Resourceful, self-motivated and independent with proven problem solving skills
- Office based, but willing to work on field
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
