About the Client
Our client is one of the market leaders in the travel retail industry with large coverage of over 40 countries globally. In order to cope with their expanding business, they are now seeking a high caliber individual to serve as the Retail Operations Manager to oversee the sales and operations in Hong Kong.
About the Role
- Oversees the sales, operations and people management for the assigned POS
- Lead and motivate all frontline staff and ensure the company guidelines are strictly followed
- Develop and implement strategies on maximizing the retail profile and the efficiency of retail operation
- Optimize stock level and to review products' performance and trend
- Manage cross-functional communication at Hong Kong and Regional levels
Requirement
- Degree holder with over 7 years of sales and operations management experience in the Retail / Travel Retail OR Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry. Prior department store and retailing experience is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and the ability to develop a strong team with a drive towards the achievement of sales target and providing excellent customer service
- Good verbal and written English and Mandarin
