Job Description
Our client is an innovative retail & community space in Hong Kong, headquartered in the US. They will open their first physical experiential retail space in Hong Kong and they are now looking for Retail Store Manager to manage the entire shop operation.
About The Role
- Oversee and monitor store daily operations and management
- Monitor inventory level and place orders
- Organize product brand promotion campaign and seasonal sale
- Provide high quality customer service
- Pick and pack orders from online store
- Manage the POS and inventory of merchandise and other supplies, and adhere to their retail policies and processes
- Oversee and manage the F&B crew member
- Contribute to and implement the shop action plan to achieve sales targets
- Work with consultants / marketing / logistics /accounting team to optimise the operations of the shop
- Work with brands and collaborators to optimise VM and in-store promotions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years relevant progressive experience in retail environment with 1+ years in a team lead / managerial role
- Experience in lifestyle retail, mutli-brand retail, or in co-working space would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skill, dependability, flexibility, multi-tasking are needed
- Good in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
