About our Client
Our client is an international fashion brand with strong presence around the globe. To cope with business expansion, they are looking for a Trainer to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Training Manager, you will identify training needs, prepare and deliver trainings including orientation, product training, soft skills, management skills to target staff in HK and Macau markets. You will embrace the brand's DNA and support retail team to increase sales performance, customer satisfaction and enhance service quality. You will support mystery shopper programs. You will liaise with Retail Operation teams and manage the training calendar. You will evaluate training results and prepare post-training reports. You will assist in ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of training experience in Fashion / Luxury Retail industry
- Creative, detail-oriented and organized
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
