About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Reward & Performance Management, you will provide day-to-day support for reward processes including: salary review, bonus calculation, benefits administration, benchmarking and recognition schemes. You will assist / lead reward & performance projects including policy development and new process implementation, providing advice and guidance to HR colleagues; analyse, question and interpret HR data to provide HR insights and actionable Management Information; and also ensure high-quality benchmarked Total Reward market analysis is available, whilst maintain and track the Reward cycle calendar to ensure activities are begun and completed effectively. You will also keep abreast of developments in the external Reward market through reading, networking and participating in ad hoc surveys.
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with 6+ years of banking experience in rewards and performance management. You will be well-versed with local / industry governance and regulatory requirements; someone who can communicate and work within a team effectively; and influencing stakeholders to ensure goals are achieved. You will also come with excellent organisation and planning skills and both verbal and written communications skills (English & Chinese) and attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required and the ability to work independently and take ownership tasks, whilst recognising the need for review of critical information will excel in this role.
