About The Client
Our client is a Chinese financial institution with headquarters in Hong Kong. They are looking for an agile and seasoned Rewards Manager to join the team and take charge of shaping the companies' C&B function.
About The Role
- Manage a team responsible for the day-to-day C&B operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processes
- Personally focus on the rewards function, conducting in-depth market research, analysis, and benchmarking
- Review and update the current salary structure to ensure competitiveness against industry trends
- Work closely with external consultants to assess and revise share options and long-term incentive plans
- Spearhead budgeting exercises and scenario-based modeling using advanced Excel skills
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in total rewards, with at least 3 years in a team leadership capacity
- Strong familiarity with local labor ordinances, and a plus if you have experience with PRC labor law
- Expertise in data analytics, including forecasting, simulation, and scenario-based modeling in Excel
- A strategic mindset coupled with a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and manage external consultants
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese essential
