About the Role
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Head of Division, you will be responsible for developing the marketing plan for the multiple projects from end to end, creating an differentiated and innovative approach to arouse market awareness and convert them into revenue. You will align with external strategic partners to organise different campaigns to attract the untapped customers, ideally turn them into potential buyers too. To ensure speaking to a right customer group, you need to define a targeted customer segment after analysis of internal and external data, recommend an effective customer segmentation strategy and integrated marketing mixes (online, offline, event, KOL, partnership marketing) to maximize the ROI and solid results. As a change agent, you will be clear headed and sensitive to lobby the stakeholders, handle and resolve difficulties constantly to balance the interest of various parties.
To qualify, successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in marketing, business or related disciplines
- 15+ years integrated marketing experience from leading brands
- Background from agency is welcome
- Ownership of sales target and revenue generation
- Knowledge of partnership marketing and customer segmentation
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and able to work with different levels
- Excellent decision making, problem solving and influencing skills
