About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with diversified residential and commercial assets in Hong Kong and China. In order to prepare their upcoming projects, they are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Formulate and implement the overall sales and marketing plan for residential projects
- Prepare the legal and sales materials (sales arrangement, brochure, pricelist)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (legal, project team, agents, PR and media firms) to ensure the project launch smoothly
- Coordinate with handover team to ensure the flats with good conditions during handover stage
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or other related disciplines
- 5-7 years or above experience in residential sales and marketing
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
