About our Client
Our client is a well known global beauty brand, they are looking for a Retail Experience and Operation Manager to lead the team to strategically plan and execute sales strategies for all POS within Hong Kong & Macau.
About the Role
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, trade partners and develop sales plans to maximize growth
- Drive strategies and action plans to maximum effectiveness in achieving business objectives and targets
- Explore new channels and ideas on promotion to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
- Provide leadership to motivate frontline team, and provide training when needed
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in Business or relevant discipline
- At least 8 years of solid experience in retail management, preferably in Makeup, Luxury Beauty industry,
- Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
