About Our Clients 關於客人
Our clients are well-known brands in the retail and luxury industry, which specialise in fashion, shoes, leather goods, watches and jewelleries. To cope with their business expansion plan, they are now looking for Sales Associate/ Senior Sales Associate to manage the daily store operations and sales performances.
客人為知名零售及奢侈品品牌，主要售賣時裝及鐘錶珠寶產品。為配合業務擴展計劃，他們現正尋找銷售助理/高級銷售助理，以管理日常店舖營運和銷售業績。
About the Role 工作職責
- Assist in daily operations of the stores
- Maximize sales targets and help to achieve store targets
- To provide high quality of service to the customer by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
- Build and maintain a good and long-term relationship with customers
- To perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary
- 負責店舖日常運作
- 積極達致店舖及個人銷售目標
- 建立及維持良好的客戶關係
- 展示對品牌及產品的深入認識，並為客人提供高質素服務
The Successful Applicant 入職要求：
- At least 1 year or above related experience
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Energetic, customer-focused and passion in retail/ luxury industry
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Associate
- 一年或以上相關銷售經驗
- 流利廣東話、英文及普通話
- 對客戶服務、零售及奢侈品行業充滿熱誠
- 擁有更多相關銷售經驗可被考慮為高級銷售助理
