About Our Client
Our client is one of the sizeable banks in Hong Kong, currently looking for a Sales Compliance Manager to join and oversee their Life Insurance & Pension division.
About The Role
You will be expected to demonstrate solid understanding of banking operations, and oversee the Life Insurance & Pension business unit, designing and implementing policies and procedures; monitoring the end-to-end sales process and control operations workflow; and also ensuring sales process and workflow are in compliant with local regulatory requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Finance, Business Management, Marketing or relevant disciplines, with at least 5 years' relevant experience in banking operations and sales compliance. Qualifications in HKSI and IIQE will be required, and proficiency in both Chinese and English essential. Competitive package will be offered, and immediate available candidates highly regarded.
