About The Role
We have various exciting career opportunities for ambitious (Associate) Consultants to join a rapidly expanding, industry leading recruitment group that is focused on quality and delivering an exceptional service to our clients and candidates. This is a full 360 recruitment role involving candidate management, business development and client servicing.
Qualifications
- Degree holder from top Universities in Hong Kong / overseas
- Previous recruitment experience desirable (but not a must)
- Hunger to succeed and a positive attitude towards a sales target driven, people facing and business development role
- Ability to work under pressure
- A results-oriented mentality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a dynamic environment
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
